Consideration and action of authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Development Agreement and Real Estate Agreement with BWI Contractors LLC to develop and acquire land located at located at 2400 Lora Lane, 2404 Lora Lane, 2408 Lora Lane, 2416 Lora Lane and 2502 Lora Lane for development of single-family residential homes.

B. Consideration and action authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Development Agreement with Eagle’s Eye Development LLC to allow for the development of the property located at 2607 Hickory Tree Road.

C. Consideration and action authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Development Agreement with Joshlan S. Raymo dba Real Estate Group of America LLC to allow for the development of the property located at 13009 Timothy Lane.

D. Consideration and action to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the agreement with Hardin & Associates (HAC), to conduct phase 2 of the system-wide assistance with the City of Balch Springs with TCEQ and EPA required inventory for water service lines at a cost not to exceed $300,000.00, from Water Capital.
