4.Conduct of a Public Hearing and consider adopting an ordinance for Rezoning Application 002-2026 by Nick Rosato to rezone subject parcels totaling (+/-) 11.76 acres of land located at 11809 and 11825 Lake June Road from Industrial District (I) and Single-Family District (SF-6) to Commercial District (C) to allow the development of a business park.
