Approval of an amendment to a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement and Performance Agreement with Balch Springs Alexander, LLC regarding an incentive for an economic development project in the amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for the Alexander Village mixed-use Development located at 13601 IH-20, 4051 and 4105 S. Beltline Road.

1. Consideration and action to appoint LaTasha Oke to the Tourism Advisory Committee as a Regular Member.

2. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting an ordinance for a Specific Use Permit Application No. 003-2025 by Bel Grand Estates, LLC on subject parcel located at 2830 S Beltline Road totaling (+/-) 4.57 acres to allow a medical daycare facility.
