Reconsideration and action on the Rezoning Ordinance 002-2024 by Marie Tedei dba Place Strategies/Ivan Gonzalez to rezone subject parcel totaling(+/-) 13.6822 acres located at 4708 Pioneer Road from "C", Commercial Zoning District to "PD," Planned Development District to develop a mixed-use community, incorporating commercial, agricultural, and residential uses.
5. Discussion regarding the March 2025 Financial Report and 2nd Quartely Report.
6. Consideration and action approval of an ordinance amending the Annual Budget for the City for Fiscal Year October 1 , 2024, through September 30, 2025, providing that expenditures shall be made in accordance with said budget as amended.
7. Discussion regarding the Budget Calendar for Fiscal Year 2025.
8. Consideration and action regarding the Child Care Aware Proclamation.
9. Consideration and action regarding the proclamation for Frontline Workers Appreciation Month.
10. Consideration and action regarding the Jewish American Heritage Month Proclamation.
