CONSENT AGENDA
1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting an ordinance for Rezoning Application 009-2024 by Arturo Villa on the subject parcel located at 15006 Quail Drive totaling(+/-) 0.35 acres to rezone lot from Industrial, "I," to Single-Family, "SF-6" to build a single-family home.
2. Consideration and action approval of a resolution to deny the increase in rates proposed by Atmos Energy Corporation in its Mid-Tex Division filed on about December 16, 2024; authorizing intervention in proceedings related to Atmos Energy's Application to increase rates; authorizing Special Counsel to represent the City in matters related to Atmos Energy's proposed increase in rates; directing Atmos to reimburse rate case expense.
3. Consideration and action to appoint Wanda Adams to the Civil Service Commission for a three year term.
5. Consideration and action to approve Inclement Weather Policy for Unsheltered individuals.
