3. Consideration and action regarding approval of the use of Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Funds to land plat 2905 Balch Springs Road for the historical cemetery project not to exceed $10,000.

Discussion and action to purchase a 2024 Mack GR64F Chassis with a Warren 16 Yard Dump Bed for a price of $189,436.00 from Bruckner's Truck Sales to be paid through "written off" vehicle settlement ($142,825.67) with Texas Municipal League (TML) and the remaining balance from the Water Capital Improvement fund.

5. Discussion and action to approve a services agreement with Freeze and Nichols Inc (FNI) for a cost not to exceed $289,620.00 for engineering, design and overbite services for the 2024 Greenvalley Street Improvement Project to be funded through CBDG, Cares Act II, and Street Maintenance Tax funding.

6. Discussion and action to approve a services agreement with Freeze and Nichols Inc (FNI) for a cost not to exceed $657,040.00 engineering, design and overbite services for the 2024 Street Maintenance Tax (SMT) Street Improvement Project to be funded through Street Maintenance Tax funding.
