3. Consideration and action to enter into an Agreement with Westra Consultants to assist the City of Balch Springs in renewing our Term 4 Municipal Separate Strom Sewer System (MS4) and update the Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) for a cost not to exceed $21,400.00.
4. Consideration and action to host a City of Balch Springs Solar Eclipse: We're In the Path Event at Woodland Park on April 8, 2024, and authorizing the coordination of the event by the City Manager, Fire, Police, and Emergency Management departments.
5. Consideration and action to amend the City of Balch Springs Personnel Handbook and Policy Manual.
6. Consideration and action regarding approval of the City Council Policies and Procedures Manual.
Item B. Approval to remove Geneva Mendez from the City bank account(s) and add David Sanchez, making the authorized representatives for City accounts held with Prosperity Bank: Carrie F. Gordon, Charles Fenner, David Sanchez, and Cindy Gross.
