4. Consideration and action on a City Code of Ordinance Amendment by the City of Balch Springs regarding amendment to Chapter 58, Signs, Section 58-101- Placement and adding a new section 58-126, Kiosk Sign, to allow for the regulation of kiosk signs.
5. Consideration and action regarding approval to enter an agreement with Baker Clearview Operating LLC to allow the construction, installation and management of Kiosk Sign within the City of Balch Springs.
