8. Consideration and action regarding authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds and Water Parks for the design and installation of Council approved city park structure and facility projects.

9. Consideration and action on the proposed FY2024 Street Maintenance Tax Project and 50/50 Street Maintenance Grant funding opportunities as well as the overall street maintenance/replacement strategy moving forward.

10. Discussion regarding the 2019 Park Amenities Bond projects.
