2. Consideration and action regarding approval of a resolution in support of the Balch Springs 2023 Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) Alternatives (TA) Grant for city pedestrian sidewalk and trail improvements.

3. Consideration and action regarding approval of a resolution for the City of Balch Springs to continue participation in the Urban County Community Development Block Grant program; authorizing the Mayor to execute a three-year Agreement of Cooperation for CDBG/HOME/ESG Programs with Dallas County; and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute additional documents required for the program.

4. Consideration and action regarding approval of a resolution for the City to enter into a Project Specific Agreement for Dallas County Public Works striping of the thoroughfares at a cost not to exceed $15,482.00, paid from the Street Maintenance Tax Fund.

5. Consideration and action regarding approval of a lease with Shultz House Moving, LLC., for temporary housing for the Police Department staff during the renovation project, at a cost not to exceed $30,000.

6. Discussion regarding Texas Government Code 551.127, “Videoconference Call,” and City policy regarding same for City Council and City Boards and Commissions.
