3. Consideration and action regarding approval to purchase (4) New John Deere Z930M Mowers in accordance with BuyBoard contract #611-20, at a cost not to exceed $46,212.32.
4. Consideration and action to approve Douglas Dailey Construction L.L.C. to pipe burst 1459 linear feet of Oakwood Drive to replace 6-inch cast iron water mains with 8-inch HDPE at a cost not to exceed $270,000.00.
5. Discussion of City Council Budget directives for 2024.
