1. Consideration and action to approve a resolution in support of the Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) regarding the Hickory Tree Road Expansion and Pedestrian Improvement Project.
2. Consideration and action regarding accepting a grant from Dallas County for mental health treatment services for first responders in the City of Balch Springs and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents, certifications, and reports required to receive reimbursement from the County for these services.

6. Take action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session.
3. Consideration and action regarding a resolution authorizing the City Manager to select the delivery method which provides the best value for the City for the ARPA funded construction contract for the City Facilities Renovation Project and to take other actions required by Chapters 791 and 2269 of the Texas Government Code; and approving the Written Justification for the expenditure of ARPA funds for capital improvements.
7. Requests for information, and/or new business to be placed on future agenda(s).
