Consideration and action of the contract award to Ring Central, as a CoOPerative, for a citywide phone system in an amount not to exceed $52,000 in American Rescue Plan funding, and approval of the City Manager to execute the contract that covers labor, professional installation services, and end user & admin training services for 156 new phones lines, and monthly reoccurring costs.

2. Consideration and action to appoint Aracely Cantu to the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.
