7. Discussion regarding City Council Strategic Planning.
8. Discussion concerning an economic development incentive for a distribution logistics warehouse business park by Stonelake Capital located at 5320 S. Peachtree Road.
9. Executive Session: The Balch Springs Community and Economic Development Corporation (Type B) shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that the Board seeks to locate in the city and with which the board is conducting economic development negotiations with Stonelake Capital.
10. Reconvene into Open Session: The Balch Springs Community and Economic Development Corporation (Type B) will reconvene into open session to take any action necessary related to the executive session.
