5. Consideration and action to approve a Consulting Agreement between the City and Patrick Harvey regarding financial management and support as defined in scope of services with retainage fees at a cost not to exceed $105,000.00 annually.
6. Consideration and action to approve a resolution adopting City of Balch Springs Financial Policies.
7. Requests for information, and/or new business to be placed on future agenda(s). (NO ACTION OR DISCUSSION WILL TAKE PLACE.)
