Executive Session: The Balch Springs Community and Economic Development Corporation (Type B) shall convene a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to receive legal advice from its attorney regarding the Loan Agreement and related documents with Peachtree Housing, LP, and possible related settlement offers.
