Peachtree Road from “SF-6” Single-Family Dwelling Residential District to “I” Industrial District to continue its current use and have consistent zoning to the surrounding properties.
2. Consideration and action regarding approval of $25,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act funds to cover installation labor costs of Engineering Installation Solutions for the fitness court gym system components at Woodland Park.
3. Consideration and action regarding approval of a resolution adopting a call back pay policy for personnel employed by the Balch Springs Police Department.
4. Consideration and action regarding approval to amend the City's Code of Ordinances Chapter 78, Traffic and Vehicles, Article III, Parking Section 78-175, parking on unimproved surfaces.
5. Consideration and action to approve a service agreement amendment with Cobb Fendley Engineering to revise and update the City’s Water Plan and Wastewater Plan at a cost not to exceed $220,000.00.
